It Is Now Time to Stop Being Politically Correct and Start Being Humanely Honest

Oh Yea! How ‘bout this: “ISRAEL ATTACKS DON’T STOP UNTIL EVERY JEW HATING PALESTINIAN IS DEAD” . . . is what this writer would like Israel to say to these idiots. Further more, we are going to bring General Moishe Dayan back from the dead. He had no delusions, illusions, or fantasies when it comes to dealing with Jew hating/every body hating Muslims.
“Innocent civilians are being killed. Women and children are being killed by the Israelis”, the Palestinians are crying. That is what so is. So what, says this writer. I have no empathy, sympathy, or compassion for people who scream foul when their illogical actions bring upon them their logical conclusions. If the Hamas refused to extend the six month peace agreement and barraged Israel with missiles, why does the Hamas think Israel is going to send them flowers? It isn’t Israelis killing Muslims. It is Muslims who kill Muslims by the religion they choose to practice and the hostilities the perpetrate upon Israel and other countries.
I am not a Jew. I am an infidel. The Jews no one wanted after World War II turned that little part of the world into a beautiful jewel of a country surround by waste land owned by the Arab Muslims for thousands of years. I have always admired Israel as one of the true free country’s of the world. Rather than learning from the Jews the dysfunctional Muslims have waged war upon Israel ever since. Now they are invading other countries around the world trying to force their backwards beliefs upon the modern world. Look at England. England! The stoic Brits were known for their toughness through out the world. I am shocked they have permitted themselves to regress to the 8th century! Muslims are already over crowding New York.
The Muslims have so little regard for their own people, they fail to protect them. Instead of creating governments that promote peace and harmony among other people and countries, they create hostility with all “infidels” in the name of Allah. What kind of people would use their own people—including women and children as living bombs and call it noble? What kind of people refuses their women and children medical attention that will save their lives? What kind of religion chooses war over religious ideology at the price of its own people? (America stopped wars over religion in 1776). What kind of a religion is it that chooses suppression and oppression of its own people? If the Muslims of Palestine don’t want to be killed in war, all they have to do is choose peace. Israel did not refuse to extend the peace agreement. Israel did not hail Palestine with over 100 missiles in three days. Hamas did all that! It is time for Muslims and the rest of the world to recognize and acknowledge that the only people responsible for the death of Muslims are the Muslims themselves. The only thing Israel is doing is “taking care of itself”.
Regardless what religious beliefs exist in all the religions of the world, the first spiritual law of any of them is: “Take care of yourself.” This simply means keep your self alive and do so in as healthy and productive way as is possible. Therefore if you threaten my life or my property I am going to A. protect myself and B. Kill you, if you don’t refrain from threatening me. That is not only moral and spiritual to do so it is universally legal.
Until this last year, I have always been tolerant of other religions and people’s choices to worship as they please. The more I have learned about the Muslims, more intolerant I have become. I have a hard time with a religion that rewrites history books to remove the facts of the holocaust in Germany because it offends them. I have a hard time with people who want to teach their children lies so they can continue living with archaic inhumane ideas to suppress women and their own people. Then insist upon forcing their dysfunctional beliefs upon the rest of the modern and enlightened world.
The world hating Muslims have been so obnoxious around this planet, I choose to no longer be tolerant of their intolerance. So I will say what Israel and all the politically correct people will not say. If you—women/world hating Muslims don’t cease and desist from trying to take over the planet with your hateful Muslim religion and barbaric, retarded sharia laws, and your clinging to ancient bigotry and get out of my, my country’s face and Israel’s face, too, I will wage “an American Jihad” on you the likes of which your miniscule minds could never conceive. If it takes 5,000 years, all of planet earth, and the entire universe, I will not quit until every infidel hating, retarded, ugly Muslim is either dead or has spit, pissed and defecated on the Koran. NO Violence When People Are Saved From Fraud. What If?
What if you went to the grocery store and chose a large box of crackers needed to go with your family’s dinner only to discover upon opening the package it only contained rat poison. How would you react? First you would immediately know that isn’t what you intended to buy. Your choice was crackers. You got rat poison in its place. Then you wonder how it happened that rat poisoning was inside a beautifully packaged box labeled crackers. Would feel deceived? Would you wonder if it was an accident or all the boxes contained rat poison? Then you would realize you didn’t get what you needed for the family. That means you will have to make a second trip to the store and return the rat poison and look for the right box that truly has crackers and not some other unwanted product. What if every beautifully designed box labeled crackers had any thing else in it but crackers. What if he refused to refund your money and told you to keep the rat poison whether or not you needed it? Then he said you really didn’t need the crackers, anyhow. What if the store keeper told you this is because it is now bringing you change and a new way of doing business? What if when you objected, the store keeper advised you to keep silent about the way the products were packaged because he didn’t want others to get upset? Or he simply said, “Get over it. This is the new way we are doing business. It is the customers will.” Would you begin to lose confidence in a store that offered only beautifully designed packages that did not contain the items that were stated on the labels. Would you continue doing business with that store? What if all stores started doing business that way? Or worse—what if there were no other stores but that store?
Why is it then, so difficult to understand the argument Obama worshipers present that Obama is the will of the people because he allegedly received 66,000,000 votes is false? That is why there will be minimum to no rioting if some branch of the electoral process takes the responsibility, declares Barry Sotoero ineligible to be President on the basis he is a usurper and over turns this election. The worst that will happen after the initial trauma is voters will be grateful Obama was discovered before he could do any more harm to America. Except for the very large group of Obama conspirators who are amoral, most of the voters will feel very betrayed by the man who so flagrantly abused their trust and stole their vote. Only the Saul Alinsky pirates of political power are using the threat of violent riots by the people if the silver plated turd is prevented from becoming a usurper. They are the ones who will be facing their just dues.
Let us all use the power of our imaginations and see Congress, the Nine Supreme Court Judges, and people doing the right thing by preventing a usurper from being President.

2009 Challenges
Merry Christmas, Happy Chanuka, and Joyous Holidays to whatever your personal celebrations are! I wish all who read this your highest and best good. May 2009 bring to you and your families all they need to grow, love, and find peace and happiness.
No doubt every one is glad to see the end of 2008 which may well go down in our personal history as one of the single most difficult year's of most of our lives. It seems if things were bad, they not only didn't get better, they got worse. The housing market dropped to an all time low and many people lost their homes, their jobs, their families. If the economic crisis didn't take their homes a few nasty hurricanes and floods washed away many homes. Americans have been facing many obstacles, challenges, and losses.
We are yet to face possibly our greatest loss since the American Revolution. We may be facing the loss of our Constitution and Republic with the take over of a Presidential Usurpation. These are dangerous times for Americans. 2009 will be another extremely challenging year. The demands upon all of us will not just be holding ourselves and our families together economically, politically, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. They will be working towards holding America together in her greatest crisis since the Declaration of Independence. This is a time when we will have to work diligently to keep communication flowing as abundantly and factually as possible among ourselves because we are no longer able to obtain necessary information from MSM. This is a time we will have to unite for a single purpose of taking back America and restoring the practice of acting within the criteria of the US Constitution. This is a time when we must take advantaqe of every means of communications availabe to us before the "Fair Doctrine Act" and other forms of censorship controls are passed and enforced. They may find a way to interfere with our inter net blogs. This is a time when many people accross America will meet and bond based upon love of America as it was created by our Constitution.
I look forward to doing whatever I can in my limited power for America. I will write letters to elected officials and powers that exist on behalf of the American people, voters and myself. I will write articles and essays and publish them anywhere and everywhere possible to get the messsage. I will blast on our blogtalkradio. program on behalf of America each and every wrong doing, political misconduct, criminal acts, and violations of our constitution I discover committed by each and every person holding an office of public trust. If you agree, I will ask each and every one, to support me in this effort. I also ask you to do the same. I will also support you in your efforts.
One letter, one article, one voice at a time until millions of voices of protest will be heard so loud, the thugs who have conspired to steal America by the manipulation of placing a usurper as president will withdraw, retreat, and give up. We will all learne to forever be on guard so as to never again allow the likes of an Obama and his thugs to take over America. Then we will be able sleep with peace of mind knowing that Sarah Palin, and those like her will run America with integrity and ability.

Why 66,000,000 Obama Votes Are Not the Will of People
One of the most common arguments presented by Obamabots why the people who are challenging Obama’s eligibility to be President should not do so is because 66,000,000 people voted for Obama. Therefore choice for Obama is the will of the people. Wrong, wrong, wrong and 66,000,000 votes wrong.
Only half of America voted. Only half of the half who voted, voted for whom they thought was Obama. That makes the number only 25% of the people who thought they voted for Obama. That is hardly the will of the people. The candidate for whom 66,000,000 people voted, was not the candidate they thought he was.
1. First of all Obama’s true legal name is Barry Sotoero. If Obama’s real name is Barry Sotoero, the people voted for Barack Hussein Obama and not Barry Sotoero. Barack Obama doesn’t exist except by his fictional creation.
2. If Obama knowing he failed to meet one of the three criteria to become president, then he is knowingly a false candidate. False means not real. Not real means fiction. The people voted for a fictional candidate and not a bonafide qualified real candidate. They voted for a fictional character.
3. If Obama was “change you could believe in”, then the people voted for their belief in change not to get short changed.
4. If Obama is MSM favorite and MSM suppressed vital information necessary for the public choice and reported only favorable information about Obama, then the people voted for Obama media hype, not the favorite.
5. If Obama is a flim/flam man, the people voted for the flim/flam and not the man. The man is an illusion.
6. If Obama is an empty suit, they voted for the suit and not the empty.
7. If Obama is “the one”, they voted for a fantasy and not the man.
8. If Obama is one slick glittering package, they voted for the package and not the slick.
9. If Obama is a silver plated turd, they voted for the silver plating and not the turd.
If Obama is not qualified under the US Constitution to be President, then he perjured himself and perpetrated a heinous fraud upon the American people. All those people who voted in good faith for him have been betrayed. The reality is that had MSM been objective in their reporting about Obama and disclosed the question of his eligibility based upon his citizenship, perhaps 66,000,000 would have voted differently. Is "Blago" arrest a Prophecy of Things to come?
Is it always darkest before the dawn? Is the arrest of “Blago” the prophecy of greater disclosures to come? Maybe all this is happening for the highest and best good for America? The sooner Obots wake up about their “Fairy God Father”, the sooner he can be deposed. In my opinion Obama is so amoral he dooesn’t know the difference from right or wrong or truth from a lie. All he knows is to say whaterever is expediant for him at the moment. Then he lets others sort out the messes he creates.

Let’s put it this way. Any one who says something unpopular about Obama is called a racist. What ever unpopular truthful fact is said about Obama is called a smear. Another words, according to Obama supporter thinking, Obama is above criticism, the law, and fault.
Let’s stop the bull crap. A smear is a distortion of a fact. An honest fact is not a smear. The best defense Obama supporters have against the unpopular facts about Obama is to attack the credibility of the information. Stop being blinded by the Obama camp obfuscations. Telling the truth about Obama and his very large assembly of nefarious America hating friends are not smears. The most patriotic act any America loving person can do is keep sharing honest facts about Obama and exposing his lies. Those brave and wonderful people who have the courage to broadcast the truth about Barry Sotoero are not racists. They are patriots.
If Obama’s past, present or future is a detailed composite of cavorting with Communists, Muslim Terrorists, and Criminals of all kinds, you can be certain he is also one. What a man does in the past is what brought him to the present which will take him to the future. If it walks like a duck, talks, looks like a duck, and hangs with ducks, it is a duck. It is a simple universal law.– Like attracts like.– Yes it is guilt by association. Yes it is guilt by tacit approval. Yes it is guilt by participation. What is so hard to understand? Ask any community gang task force leader or district attorney experienced in processing gang crimes. Ask any criminal profiler.

The Supreme court of the United States Is On Trial
The Supreme Court of the United States is On Trial
Regardless of MSM's reporting of Obama's "president elect" activities of moving into the white house and planning to step into the role of President, the loud silence is shouting America may be facing a usurper and is just a few weeks from a problem that may devastate America.
No matter how long or how well MSM has attempted cover up and obfuscate the issue of Barack Hussein Obama’s ineligibility to be President, the reality is not only millions of Americans are aware of the great “cover-up conspiracy”, so is the entire world aware of it. In short “the cat is out of the bag”. There are now FOUR (4) cases petitioning the US Supreme Court. There are also several more cases brought to court on the state level. We The People published two full page ads the first week of December in the Chicago Tribune.
In spite of MSM’s unanimous silence, the information is still coming forward like a huge tide. MSM will reluctantly have to acknowledge the issues if it hopes to retain what little credibility it has left. Those who have already done so have mucked up their reporting with false information, confusion of the facts, and puny predictions that the cases pending before the Supreme courts will be dismissed based upon the odds. It isn’t hard to see between their bias lines they truly don’t want the truth about Obama to come forward. It isn’t hard to conclude MSM has forgotten the importance of the Constitution or the danger America will be facing if a usurper grabs the office of Presidency. MSM seems to be totally indifferent to these vey real facts! It seems that MSM wants the Supreme Court to dismiss these cases. It is as if they have a death like fear of having their neat bubble burst if it should be decided that Obama is not eligible to be President.
This time their predictions the Supreme Court cases will be dismissed because of the past history of the Supreme Courts” history of odds-- of the number of cases petitioned versus the number of cases heard—is hogwash. Regardless of MSM's reporting of Obama's "president elect" activities of moving into the white house and planning to step into the role of President, the loud silence is shouting America may be facing a usurper and is just a few weeks from a problem that may devastate America.

In Virgil’s epic poem, the Aeneid, the story is told of Odysseus’s plot to conquer Troy, thus ending 10 years of defeat for the Greeks. The Greeks’ plan was to trick the citizens of Troy (the Trojans) into believing that the giant wooden horse they had constructed was a gift from the goddess Athena. They left their “gift” outside the city and withdrew their troops and ships, the better to convince the Trojans of their benevolent intentions.
At first wary and suspicious, the Trojans came out from behind their walls to inspect the enormous horse. Once outside, they met a man named Sinon, who gained their trust by telling them that he had escaped from the murderous Greek regime He was so credible that when he suggested to the Trojans that they bring the wooden horse inside the city, they did. But unbeknownst to the trusting Trojans, Sinon was a secret agent of the Greeks.
Once inside the city, the Greek warriors, under cover of darkness, emerged from hiding inside the horse and quickly opened the gates of Troy to allow the rest of the Greek armies to invade the city, whereupon they promptly slaughtered the Trojan men, enslaved the women and children, and completely destroyed the city of Troy.
The colossal ruse of the Trojan Horse – which resulted in the downfall of the great and mighty city of Troy – is similar to the ruse that increasing numbers of Americans believe Barack Obama has effected with his election to the presidency, specifically that the “warriors” of his campaign – including his longtime radical associates, a leftist media and a now-silenced conservative media, as well as far-left organizations like ACORN, et al. – have fooled a largely-gullible electorate into believing that the man who offered “hope” and “change” meant something quite different than they were led to believe.
Contrast Virgil’s poem to what is happening today. In the liberals’ epic scheme, the story is about conquering Republicans, thus ending almost 10 years of electoral defeat.
The liberals’ plan was to trick the citizens of the United States into believing that their moderate-toned, multi-racial candidate was a gift to America, a way to expiate their collective guilt over racial discrimination and “heal the wounds” that, in their view, our big bad country was guilty of inflicting. They and their media lapdogs presented this “gift” with grandiose language and warm-and-fuzzy images, the better to convince the electorate of his benevolent intentions.
At first wary, Americans ultimately bought the media hype. Once they took a closer look, however, they were introduced to many Sinons – Tony Rezko, Jeremiah Wright, Rashid Khalidi, Louis Farrakhan, et al. But the “gift” assured them that he was being victimized by these people, and so the American people bought the “victim” thing and rewarded him with the nomination to be president.
Once Obama became the putative president-elect, his minions emerged not under cover of darkness but in broad daylight, expressing their full intentions to follow his lead in converting America into their dreamed-of Socialist paradise, complete with nationalized banks, healthcare, the auto industry, etc.; the reinstatement of the so-called Fairness Doctrine, which would effectively annihilate all dissenting opinion; the institution of a domestic police force which has eerie echoes to the repressive goon squads of the Russian empire and other Communist and Socialist regimes; bringing about the massive redistribution of wealth, and spitting in the face of our most precious founding document, the U.S. Constitution.
Obama’s hope, it is now apparent, is for a “globalist” America. And his change, it is now apparent, is the polar opposite of free-market capitalism, a free press, freedoms of religion, assembly, etc., any semblance of respect for the United States Constitution, and, who knows, a resurrection of his revolutionary Marxist black liberation theology to replace the Judeo-Christian tenets upon which our country was founded.
“The most noticeable characteristic of Obama,” says Dr. Kate, in a chilling article entitled The Trojan Candidate, ”is his profound lack of respect for America as shown with his behavior on the flag pin, the failure to observe decorum regarding the national anthem, the fake presidential seal, the printed announcement of his speech in Germany, the upside down flag on the tickets and behind Biden at the Convention, his airplane with painted-over American flag, and his detached and callous appearance at Ground Zero. By this behavior, Obama is mocking America, cheapening its decorum and symbols.”
Dr, Kate reminds her readers that it was one of Obama’s role models, Saul Alinsky, who wrote Rules for Radicals and who believed that change “meant a Marxist revolution achieved by slow, incremental, Machiavellian means which turned society inside out. This had to be done through systematic deception, winning the trust of the naively idealistic middle class by using the language of morality to conceal an agenda designed to destroy it.”
She further asks why Obama’s close friend, the unrepentant domestic terrorist William Ayers, would quote the following poem in his blog just two months before the election. :
The end of an empire is messy at best
And this empire is ending
Like all the rest
Like the Spanish Armada adrift on the sea
We’re adrift in the land of the brave
And the home of the free

“Do you think he knows something, or hopes for something that we don’t?” she asks. “Obama is not who he says he is...I also wonder about his Manchurian Candidate characteristics. What is inside this Trojan Horse? Who is he a front for?”
Where Things Stand Now
As I’ve written in five articles (which can be read on my website: www.joanswirsky.com), the most crucial issue is the fact that Obama’s eligibility to be president is being seriously challenged by about 20 lawsuits, many of them waged by Democrats and Independents. Several of these suits have now reached the Supreme Court. They all claim that Obama does not meet one of the three criteria that the U.S. Constitution requires of anyone who runs for the presidency of the United States of America. That criterion is that he or she be a “natural born citizen” of the United States.
December 1, writes attorney Thomas J. Latino, was “the deadline for the Obama legal team to file their response to the Berg Petition for a Writ of Certiorari. There was nothing. Mr. Obama has done what hasn't been done before...he] has blatantly ignored a request from the Supreme Court of the United States – our highest and most revered legal institution. Mr. Obama, quite frankly, has thumbed his nose at the highest court in our land.”
On December 5, Leo Donofrio, a plaintiff in Donofrio v. Wells, is scheduled to have his case heard by the nine Justices of the Supreme Court, who have agreed to hold a “Rule of Four” Conference. This means If four of the nine Justices agree that Donofrio’s case has merit, there is the potential for the Justices to issue a “stay” of the Electoral College vote on December 15, which would prevent the Electoral College members from casting their votes until this explosive issue has been resolved.
Conspiracy Theories
In one of my articles, I noted that it was not unexpected that the liberal media – who have been shilling for Obama for over two years – have covered up his shady, anti-American and anti-Semitic associations, his über-far-left voting record, and his questionable eligibility to be president. But it amazed me that conservative media hosts, who pride themselves on independence and probing inquiries, have been totally mute in covering this issue. Here is what I wrote:
I speculated that President Bush might have received highly credible evidence from our enemies that they had a number of devastating (probably nuclear suitcase) weapons – set up and ready to be activated in as many as six-to-10 of our major cities – unless he had his functionaries direct all media outlets to steer clear of the birth certificate issue or face Draconian consequences.
In literally hundreds of e-mails I received, there were other theories I found intriguing.
▪ One said to “follow the money,” that conservative media honchos had been threatened with massive boycotts from the ACORN crowd to go after their advertisers. Money talks!
▪ A graphic designer suggested that George Soros dipped into his billions and “treated” major media people to a cool $5 million each.
▪ Another person suggested that the birth certificate “crisis” was a deliberate act on Obama’s part to change the U.S. Constitution, the better to enable foreign leadership to someday take charge of America and allow the Globalists to run our county and establish their New World Order.
▪ Writer Michael Bresciani even suggested that the media’s “fear of embarrassment” may be at play. “He won a landslide...the idea is that winning is more important than keeping the rules...The next time a whistle blows on the field in a NFL game, won't the whole game stop in its tracks and wait for the announcement of the referee? Isn't [the Obama Constitutional question] a far more grave matter than a flag going down in a football game?”
▪ Someone else suggested that the Democrats were holding the "Fairness Doctrine" gun to the heads of major radio station owners, striking a deal in which the Doctrine would not be revived if they collectively cooperated in avoiding the birth certificate story.
But the most compelling “conspiracy theory” came from a woman in California, who wrote:
“I don't think it's about pay-offs to this or that power-that be that accounts for the media blackout. This could never explain the article in the Wall St. Journal by the staunchly dependable conservative James Taranto, who scoffed at the birth certificate issue. Or why Limbaugh, Levin, Hannity, Ingraham and all the others, including Hugh Hewitt, have avoided this issue. Or why conservative radio icons Al Rantel and Tammy Bruce have so quickly done an about-face, even screeching and threatening their call-in audience never to mention the birth-certificate issue. In fact Bruce seemed to experience a personality alteration by declaring loudly and angrily that if any bloggers on her site posted any material whatsoever that alluded to Obama’s birth certificate, they would be permanently banned from TammyBruce.com.
“To me, it’s reminiscent of the ‘German thing’ – where ordinary, proud, conservative, responsible Germans suddenly realized that their livelihoods and perhaps their lives depended upon supporting a powerful `new order.’ It was none other than Josef Goebbels who said that the way to take over a country by a relatively minute cabal of fascists was to gain control of two entities: the media and the armed forces. That's why we heard Obama promise to establish a national police force that was just as strong and well- funded and powerful as the U.S. military. He and his cabal know that they can't turn the U.S. military, so they're going to try to set up their own Gestapo.
“I suspect,” she continued, “that a memo went out en masse to the media from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) not to mention the birth certificate subject under penalty of losing their licenses to broadcast. Now we have practically a national shutdown of the media, and the only entity that would have had the power to bring this about is the FCC – and not a Saudi who owns six percent of Fox News! For the entire airwaves, in unison, to suddenly take the position that Obama's birth certificate is out of bounds means that they've been ordered not to discuss it.
“Think about it...every single one of the major radio hosts rebuked callers at the same time – and on the same day in most cases! My guess is that big guns from ACORN and also from the Nation of Islam have gotten to the FCC and have told them in no uncertain terms that if Obama is blocked from becoming POTUS, there will be hell to pay all over America. And obviously these threats were deemed credible enough by those making the decisions at the FCC that they have succeeded. This is nothing less than a political coup d’état! Unless, that is, the Justices of the Supreme Court and the Electors of the Electoral College still take seriously their oaths to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution.”
Interesting, I must add, that while the American media have for the most part blacked-out this explosive story, none-other than Pravda has been covering it!
What Lies Ahead
According to legal scholar Dr. Edwin Vieira, Jr., “America is facing potentially the gravest constitutional crisis in her history. Barack Obama must either stand up in a public forum and prove, with conclusive documentary evidence, that he is `a natural born Citizen’ of the United States who has not renounced his American citizenship – or he must step down as the Democratic Party’s candidate for President of the United States—preferably before the election is held, and in any event before the Electoral College meets....the burden of proof rests squarely on his shoulders.” Vieira further explains:
▪ If Obama fails to prove his citizenship but the voters, the Electors, or the Members of the House purport to “elect” him, Dr. Vieira says, “he will be nothing but a usurper, because the Constitution defines him as such. And he can never become anything else, because a usurper cannot gain legitimacy if even all of the country aid, abets, accedes to, or acquiesces in his usurpation.”
▪ If Obama takes the Presidential oath, knowing that he is not a natural born Citizen, “he will commit the crime of perjury or false swearing. So, even if the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court himself looks the other way and administers the oath, Obama will derive no authority whatsoever from it.”
▪ If the Oath is perjured, “Obama’s every subsequent act in the usurped Office of President will be a criminal offense....”
▪ If he is indeed a usurper, “Obama will not constitutionally be the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States...therefore, he will be entitled to no obedience whatsoever from anyone in those forces.”
▪ If he is indeed a usurper, “Obama will have no conceivable authority to make Treaties, or to nominate, and appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the Supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States...”
▪ “Congress can pass no law while a usurper pretends to occupy the Office of President. Thus, if Obama deceitfully enters office as an usurper, Congress will be rendered effectively impotent for as long as it acquiesces in his pretenses as `President.’”
▪ “If Obama does become a usurper posturing as the President, Congress cannot even impeach him because not being the actual President he cannot be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors...In that case, some other public officials would have to arrest him – with physical force, if he would not go along quietly – in order to prevent him from continuing his imposture.”

Gary Kreep, chief counsel for two California Electors and for Alan Keyes in a lawsuit that challenges Obama’s eligibility, and chief of the United States Justice Foundation, has said that he intends to challenge Obama continuously on the citizenship issue well past inauguration on “every order, every proposal, every piece of paperwork” that Obama produces.
“We will file lawsuits on his actions, every time,” Kreep told WorldNetDaily. ”Should Senator Obama be discovered, after he takes office, to be ineligible for the Office of President of the United States of America and, thereby, his election declared void, petitioners, as well as other Americans, will suffer irreparable harm in that (a) usurper will be sitting as the President of the United States, and (2) none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders signed by him will be valid or legal.”

They all claim that Obama does not meet one of the three criteria that the U.S. Constitution requires of anyone who runs for the presidency of the United States of America. That criterion is that he or she be a “natural born citizen” of the United States.
December 1, writes attorney Thomas J. Latino, was “the deadline for the Obama legal team to file their response to the Berg Petition for a Writ of Certiorari. There was nothing. Mr. Obama has done what hasn't been done before...he] has blatantly ignored a request from the Supreme Court of the United States – our highest and most revered legal institution. Mr. Obama, quite frankly, has thumbed his nose at the highest court in our land.”
On December 5, Leo Donofrio, a plaintiff in Donofrio v. Wells, is scheduled to have his case heard by the nine Justices of the Supreme Court, who have agreed to hold a “Rule of Four” Conference. This means If four of the nine Justices agree that Donofrio’s case has merit, there is the potential for the Justices to issue a “stay” of the Electoral College vote on December 15, which would prevent the Electoral College members from casting their votes until this explosive issue has been resolved.
Conspiracy Theories
In one of my articles, I noted that it was not unexpected that the liberal media – who have been shilling for Obama for over two years – have covered up his shady, anti-American and anti-Semitic associations, his über-far-left voting record, and his questionable eligibility to be president. But it amazed me that conservative media hosts, who pride themselves on independence and probing inquiries, have been totally mute in covering this issue. Here is what I wrote:
I speculated that President Bush might have received highly credible evidence from our enemies that they had a number of devastating (probably nuclear suitcase) weapons – set up and ready to be activated in as many as six-to-10 of our major cities – unless he had his functionaries direct all media outlets to steer clear of the birth certificate issue or face Draconian consequences.
In literally hundreds of e-mails I received, there were other theories I found intriguing.
▪ One said to “follow the money,” that conservative media honchos had been threatened with massive boycotts from the ACORN crowd to go after their advertisers. Money talks!
▪ A graphic designer suggested that George Soros dipped into his billions and “treated” major media people to a cool $5 million each.
▪ Another person suggested that the birth certificate “crisis” was a deliberate act on Obama’s part to change the U.S. Constitution, the better to enable foreign leadership to someday take charge of America and allow the Globalists to run our county and establish their New World Order.
▪ Writer Michael Bresciani even suggested that the media’s “fear of embarrassment” may be at play. “He won a landslide...the idea is that winning is more important than keeping the rules...The next time a whistle blows on the field in a NFL game, won't the whole game stop in its tracks and wait for the announcement of the referee? Isn't [the Obama Constitutional question] a far more grave matter than a flag going down in a football game?”
▪ Someone else suggested that the Democrats were holding the "Fairness Doctrine" gun to the heads of major radio station owners, striking a deal in which the Doctrine would not be revived if they collectively cooperated in avoiding the birth certificate story.
But the most compelling “conspiracy theory” came from a woman in California, who wrote:
“I don't think it's about pay-offs to this or that power-that be that accounts for the media blackout. This could never explain the article in the Wall St. Journal by the staunchly dependable conservative James Taranto, who scoffed at the birth certificate issue. Or why Limbaugh, Levin, Hannity, Ingraham and all the others, including Hugh Hewitt, have avoided this issue. Or why conservative radio icons Al Rantel and Tammy Bruce have so quickly done an about-face, even screeching and threatening their call-in audience never to mention the birth-certificate issue. In fact Bruce seemed to experience a personality alteration by declaring loudly and angrily that if any bloggers on her site posted any material whatsoever that alluded to Obama’s birth certificate, they would be permanently banned from TammyBruce.com.
“To me, it’s reminiscent of the ‘German thing’ – where ordinary, proud, conservative, responsible Germans suddenly realized that their livelihoods and perhaps their lives depended upon supporting a powerful `new order.’ It was none other than Josef Goebbels who said that the way to take over a country by a relatively minute cabal of fascists was to gain control of two entities: the media and the armed forces. That's why we heard Obama promise to establish a national police force that was just as strong and well- funded and powerful as the U.S. military. He and his cabal know that they can't turn the U.S. military, so they're going to try to set up their own Gestapo.
“I suspect,” she continued, “that a memo went out en masse to the media from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) not to mention the birth certificate subject under penalty of losing their licenses to broadcast. Now we have practically a national shutdown of the media, and the only entity that would have had the power to bring this about is the FCC – and not a Saudi who owns six percent of Fox News! For the entire airwaves, in unison, to suddenly take the position that Obama's birth certificate is out of bounds means that they've been ordered not to discuss it.
“Think about it...every single one of the major radio hosts rebuked callers at the same time – and on the same day in most cases! My guess is that big guns from ACORN and also from the Nation of Islam have gotten to the FCC and have told them in no uncertain terms that if Obama is blocked from becoming POTUS, there will be hell to pay all over America. And obviously these threats were deemed credible enough by those making the decisions at the FCC that they have succeeded. This is nothing less than a political coup d’état! Unless, that is, the Justices of the Supreme Court and the Electors of the Electoral College still take seriously their oaths to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution.”
Interesting, I must add, that while the American media have for the most part blacked-out this explosive story, none-other than Pravda has been covering it!
What Lies Ahead
According to legal scholar Dr. Edwin Vieira, Jr., “America is facing potentially the gravest constitutional crisis in her history. Barack Obama must either stand up in a public forum and prove, with conclusive documentary evidence, that he is `a natural born Citizen’ of the United States who has not renounced his American citizenship – or he must step down as the Democratic Party’s candidate for President of the United States—preferably before the election is held, and in any event before the Electoral College meets....the burden of proof rests squarely on his shoulders.” Vieira further explains:
▪ If Obama fails to prove his citizenship but the voters, the Electors, or the Members of the House purport to “elect” him, Dr. Vieira says, “he will be nothing but a usurper, because the Constitution defines him as such. And he can never become anything else, because a usurper cannot gain legitimacy if even all of the country aid, abets, accedes to, or acquiesces in his usurpation.”
▪ If Obama takes the Presidential oath, knowing that he is not a natural born Citizen, “he will commit the crime of perjury or false swearing. So, even if the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court himself looks the other way and administers the oath, Obama will derive no authority whatsoever from it.”
▪ If the Oath is perjured, “Obama’s every subsequent act in the usurped Office of President will be a criminal offense....”
▪ If he is indeed a usurper, “Obama will not constitutionally be the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States...therefore, he will be entitled to no obedience whatsoever from anyone in those forces.”
▪ If he is indeed a usurper, “Obama will have no conceivable authority to make Treaties, or to nominate, and appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the Supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States...”
▪ “Congress can pass no law while a usurper pretends to occupy the Office of President. Thus, if Obama deceitfully enters office as an usurper, Congress will be rendered effectively impotent for as long as it acquiesces in his pretenses as `President.’”
▪ “If Obama does become a usurper posturing as the President, Congress cannot even impeach him because not being the actual President he cannot be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors...In that case, some other public officials would have to arrest him – with physical force, if he would not go along quietly – in order to prevent him from continuing his imposture.”
▪ “If the Establishment allowed Obama to pretend to be the President and the people acquiesced in that charade, just about everything that was done during his faux tenure in office by anyone connected with the Executive Branch of the General Government, and quite a bit done by the Legislative Branch and perhaps the Judicial Branch as well, would be arguably illegitimate and subject to being overturned when a constitutional President was finally installed in office.”
Vieira ends by stating: “If he continues to dodge the issue, Obama will be dogged with this question every day of his purported `Presidency.’ And inevitably the truth will out...for the issue is too simple, the evidence (or lack of it) too accessible. Either Obama can prove that he is a natural born Citizen who has not renounced his citizenship; or he cannot. If Obama knows that he is not a natural born Citizen...then he also knows that he and his henchmen have perpetrated numerous election-related frauds throughout the country – the latest, still-ongoing one a colossal swindle targeting the American people as a whole.”
It is clear that Mr. Vieira is not alone in his thinking. Gary Kreep, chief counsel for two California Electors and for Alan Keyes in a lawsuit that challenges Obama’s eligibility, and chief of the United States Justice Foundation, has said that he intends to challenge Obama continuously on the citizenship issue well past inauguration on “every order, every proposal, every piece of paperwork” that Obama produces.
“We will file lawsuits on his actions, every time,” Kreep told WorldNetDaily. ”Should Senator Obama be discovered, after he takes office, to be ineligible for the Office of President of the United States of America and, thereby, his election declared void, petitioners, as well as other Americans, will suffer irreparable harm in that (a) usurper will be sitting as the President of the United States, and (2) none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders signed by him will be valid or legal.”
WND also interviewed Judge Roy Moore, the former chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, who echoed the concerns of millions when he said: “We can survive four years of any president; we cannot survive without a Constitution. This calls for a major investigation. Our Constitution is at stake.”

Barack Obama is truly an amazing man, with many amazing friends. He has succeeded where countless others have failed. And he has also succeeded where many before him have succeeded with the same time honored methods.
He has managed to create an illusion of a Public Office that does not exist, The Office of the President Elect.
Barry Sotero, AKA Barack Obama, along with the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission have successfully ignored a Federal Lawsuit asking him to produce a valid Birth Certificate. When the time to respond to that lawsuit expired, under Federal Court Rules, they all admitted that he was not a citizen of The United States of America and deemed to have committed fraud. A normal man would have been found to have admitted he was not a US citizen.
But the man with no visible past, was blessed by a light shining from above on a Federal Judge, by having the lawsuit against him dismissed, three weeks after his non-response was proof that he is not a US citizen.
That lawsuit has since been taken to the US Supreme Court, where Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission have until December 1, 2008 to answer the complaint made against them.
Another lawsuit by another attorney against him to prove he is a US citizen has been scheduled for a conference of Justices of the US Supreme Court on December 5, 2008.

Alan Keyes, a Presidential candidate has also filed a lawsuit in California Supreme Court to not certify the California Electors of the US Electoral College until Obama can prove that he is a US citizen. Barack Obama promised people what they wanted: Hope and Change, without ever saying what that hope and change were going to be. One of Obama’s much praised abilities is his way of being very articulate in his speeches.
Every con man walking free or in jail is an articulate speaker. Who would give their trust to a man who could not use the right words to convince his targets to trust him? Articulate speaking is no way to judge or rate the integrity of a person.
Every con game uses three ingredients against the target: Sell the dream. Push the greed button. Stress urgency.
Obama sold the dream of hope and change so desperately wanted by the American voters. He pushed the greed button by promising to take from the rich to give to the poor. And he stressed urgency by himself and his wife telling voters to vote early. Another final nail in the coffin a con man uses against his targets is “The Jack Call”. After your sucker has committed himself to buying your offer, but has not sent the check, the con man calls him with “Good news!!!” and constantly re-sells his target until the check has cleared and the funds are in the con man’s bank account.
The non-existent Office of the President Elect is the Jack Call. The constant news shots of his “involvement and concern” in national and world issues are the repeated Jack Calls.
It remains to be seen if Barry Sotero, Barack Obama or whatever his name is, is appointed President by the Electoral College.
The only “Certificate of Birth” that he has produced is not a Birth Certificate. It is a Certificate of Live Birth, which any foreign citizen can obtain by simply showing up at the Vital Records department of the State of Hawaii and showing the original Birth Certificate from the original birth place, regardless of what country the birth took place in. Forensic records experts have stated that the document Obama produced on his web site is a forgery.
The only comment made by the Hawaii Department of Vital Records is that they “Have seen the original Birth Certificate”. They never once have said he was born in Hawaii.
None of these lawsuits and suspicions mean as much as the fact that Obama can easily dispel all the legal actions and mistrust by simply producing a valid Birth Certificate. It matters not in the least that he has not proven his attendance at Harvard and Columbia University. It does not matter that any number of claims about his past and his experience have not been validated.
The only thing that matters is that he refuses to produce a valid Birth Certificate and instead spends thousands of dollars on attorneys and defies Federal lawsuits and State lawsuits asking him to produce one single piece of paper that most every citizen of every nation of the world has easy and rapid access to.
But beyond all of that controversy, there is one subject in this man’s activities that is truly astounding: There is absolutely no proof whatsoever that his beloved grandmother actually died on the day before the election as his campaign said she did. He said he would attend her funeral “In a few days”. He never did. Then he said he would have a funeral for her around the end of the year. What kind of person keeps their grandmother’s body on ice for two months? What kind of a person would play on the death of his grandmother to win “the sympathy vote”? Where is the proof that she died when she said she did? Normally, we could simply learn from the local coroner of a well known person’s death. But the only public comment made by the Honolulu Medical Examiner, who acts as coroner in Honolulu, Hawaii was, “We didn’t work that case.” Barack Obama may just win his place in history as the greatest con man of all time. A hundred million people believed him and spent 600 million dollars to get him “elected” to the highest office in America, without ever knowing if he is or is not eligible to even run as an American citizen. It is either amazing that he will pull it off or it is amazing that so many millions of people believed him.
If the Electoral College appoints him as President of The United States of America on December 15, 2008 and Congress ratifies that choice, and it is later proven that he is not a US citizen, then not one single word he utters will be valid as representing this country. The Courts, our police, our military will have no duty to obey anything he signs. It is also possible that certain people, who were part of and promoted the con, may be charged with Treason.
And if he does prove that he is a US citizen the questions remain: Why did he fight so long and so hard to not show that simple, single piece of paper when asked? Why would a man subject so many citizens of his country and leaders of other nations to such mistrust?

A hundred million people believed him and spent 600 million dollars to get him “elected” to the highest office in America, without ever knowing if he is or is not eligible to even run as an American citizen. It is either amazing that he will pull it off or it is amazing that so many millions of people believed him.
If the Electoral College appoints him as President of The United States of America on December 15, 2008 and Congress ratifies that choice, and it is later proven that he is not a US citizen, then not one single word he utters will be valid as representing this country. The Courts, our police, our military will have no duty to obey anything he signs. It is also possible that certain people, who were part of and promoted the con, may be charged with Treason.
And if he does prove that he is a US citizen the questions remain: Why did he fight so long and so hard to not show that simple, single piece of paper when asked? Why would a man subject so many citizens of his country and leaders of other nations to such mistrust?

Release your Records, Obama
**Senator Barack H. Obama is running for the President of the United
States and quite possibly will become the most powerful man in the world just a very short
time from now. Yet, Senator Obama has REFUSED to release even the most basic background
information about himself.
The question has to be asked... WHY?
**He has refused to show an original copy of his birth certificate from
Hawaii, even under serious charges that he may NOT be a citizen of the United States. He
has gone as far as participating in a court battle rather than simply show the certificate.
Ask yourself...
If your prospective employer asked you for a birth certificate, would you show it to him?... or
make him go to court and fight him every step of the way?

Is NBC’S Pete Williams Jaded?
Duo Take Obama Birth Challenge To Court. NOvember 26, 2008, By Pete Williams. Finally, after months of waiting for MSM to come forward and expose the lawsuits have been pending regarding Obama’s failure to prove he is against Obama Constitutionally qualified to be US President, an article was published by Pete Williams of NBC. At last, I thought, the public will be informed the truth about Obama. I was quite pleased until the paragraph below where Pete writes:
“The justices are unlikely to take up these cases for a host of reasons, not the least of which is the invitation to overturn the results of an election in which more than 66 million Americans voted for Obama. An equally high hurdle is the issue of whether Berg or Donofrio have the legal right to sue claiming a violation of the Constitution.”
Did I just read what I just read? Does Obama lover not realize this issue is really not about Obama? That is crisis America is now facing is greater than any election of candidate. And this man is an NBC news journalist? Where is his logic? Where is his loyalty to the American Constitution which every elected official swears an oath to uphold? Is he actually saying because 66,000,000 people voted for a man to whom all evidence points has clearly and consciously deceived the American voter, the Supreme court judges should over look that America’s Commander and Chief is a usurper because 66,000,000 million people voted for him? Is he suggesting the nine sacred guardians of The Constitution would prefer to “turn the other cheek” rather than over turn the election? Since when can the Articles of the Constitution be ignored, violated, manipulated, convoluted and changed by popular vote of a fraudulent candidate? How do Obama’s votes rewrite the Constitution?
Is brave Pete suggesting our Holy Nine are so spineless, that out of fear of unpopularity, they will slither behind a stack of technicalities, (like “standing” or any other meaningless crap that has nothing to do with Obama’s fraud) dismiss all suits, and by svelte contortions declare Barry Sotoero, Barack Hussein Muhammad Obama qualified to be President because 66,000,000 voted for him.
Imagine if Abraham Lincoln were so corrupted and spineless when he issued the Emancipation Proclamation? He faced worse than an over turn of an election. He had to fight a civil war to save the union. That was the strength of a moral America.
It doesn’t matter if 266,000,000 voted for Obama. The issue is Obama, the DNC, MSM, and his hundreds of camp workers conspired to deceive the American voter and fraudulently stole the election. Every vote for Obama is illegal and fraudulent. Just because they all did it doesn’t suddenly alter the articles of the constitution and make it right.
There is also another reality here. Obama didn’t win by a landslide. Only 25% of the people voted for him. That means 75% did not vote for him. What about their rights to have a legitimate president in office?
Neither America not the world can afford the luxury of a Usurper as US President.
Does the jaded Pete Williams not recognize the price America will pay if the great guardians of our Constitution fail to uphold the laws of America, is far greater than the over turning of the election? If these nine judges are so corrupt as to succeed in construing the meaning of the Constitution, interpret Obama’s documents, accept arguments presented by Obama’s defense attorneys or in any other bit of legal trickery ultimately legitimize Barack Obama as President, then not only did they fail to their job, they became guilty of the same conspiracy of Obama and his blind followers. They will have rendered The Constitution of the United impotent now and forever? If that happens there will be no umbrella left to protect Americans from the tyranny of ruthless politicians, gangsters, terrorists, and criminals of all types of which we are obviously are over run. This will invite major world criminals to run ramped against America and people will live in fear of their lives, middle of the night home invasions, and ultimately concentration camps.
Even though I feel Pete Williams is morally and legally confused when it comes to the Constitution of the US, I fear he may be right. The great silence by MSM about the entire issue of Obama’s refusal to present an authentic birth certificate and the question of his dual citizen has been a well organized conspiracy to keep the truth from the public. I fear the invisible conspirators might be powerful enough to reach and persuade the Supreme Court to simply dismiss the law suits on technicalities. The last hope of America will be crushed. Perhaps Pete Williams is part of the great MSM conspiracy to ignore Obama’s felony crimes of fraud, denial, and conspiracy to steal the office of Presidency regardless of the law of the land. That is why he so confidently predicts the Supreme Court will simply dismiss the law suits.

An Institution Dies

Now? The reporters are now lining up to confess failure? How pathetic. If they know now, they knew then. I’m not sure what is more pathetic: the indisputable fact of their failure, or their admission after the fact. As if writing a faux-intellectual Monday-morning critique of their industry’s gross negligence somehow excuses it, now that it’s water under society’s bridge.
We tried. We blasted out the word from our little anonymous corners of the blogosphere, over and over again. We tried to tell the world how irresponsibly biased the Mainstream Media were in covering the presidential candidates. We were laughed down, ignored, scolded for being bad sports.
We, the nobody bloggers, worked our fingers to the bone, many of us sacrificing whole chunks of our lives, because the paid professional journalists — en masse — refused to be independent. They committed voluntary malpractice, regurgitating faxed or emailed campaign talking points as “news” instead of checking essential facts, much less pursuing actual stories. They puffed up Obama and his family as if they all worked for Readers Digest, flatly refused to vet him, and did exactly the opposite for Hillary Clinton, John McCain, and Sarah Palin.
History might mark the death of journalism as Americans knew it in the year 2008, who knows. Certainly it should. But I do know that had these hacks performed merely 25% of what they should have, the outcome of this election would likely have been quite different. Likely we would have had our first female president, or our first female vice-president. Had the sloths who call themselves “reporters” and their corporate employers given a damn about their role in a democratic election, the candidate named Obama who has accomplished nothing but a series of personality-based milestones in his life would have been stopped at the door for lack of either a real resume or a real birth certificate. [And please, don't accuse me of clinging to the birth certificate issue. I refer to it figuratively, for all the missing records and documents of Obama's life.]
And still, they — the Mainstream Media — don’t have the grit or integrity to fulfill their duty.
Still, they don’t.
Because as I write this, the United States Supreme Court has granted a full conference to a regular citizen named Leo Donofrio, on the issue of Barack Obama’s status as a natural-born citizen. I’m told that the US Supreme Court has not granted such a full conference for any matter in 3 decades.
Mind you, this is the US Supreme Court. Not an insignificant district court of the first instance. But the U.S. Supreme Court, charged with interpreting our nation’s Constitution, charged with explaining the meaning of “natural born citizen.” The buck stops with this Court and its authority. Regardless of whether they decide to let Mr. Donofrio’s case proceed — the very fact that a full conference has been granted — is newsworthy. Right? Even downright historic. Yes, it is, which is why we the bloggers are unsurprised that no one in the Mainstream Media, not one reputable journalist or organization, has reported the story.
I mourn the death of American Journalism, an institution I once proudly embraced.

The National Black Republican Association has issued a petition to Barack Hussein Obama, the leader of the Democratic Party, requesting that Obama issue a formal proclamation of apology for the Democratic Party’s 150-year history of racism.
We recognize that this is likely too much to ask of the oh so “racially sensitive” Democrats who want us to ignore their racist past and failed socialism that have caused so much harm to black Americans. So we will not hold our breath waiting for their response.

We, black American citizens of the United States and the National Black Republican Association, declare and assert:
WHEREAS, the healing of wounds begins with an apology, and the Democratic Party has never apologized for their horrific atrocities and racist practices against black Americans during the past 150 years, nor held accountable for the residual impact that those atrocities and practices are having on us today,
WHEREAS, as a result of the 1898 Wilmington Race Riot Commission Report of May 31, 2006, the North Carolina Democratic Party issued a unanimous apology on January 20, 2007 for the Democratic Party’s 1898 murderous rampage against blacks,
WHEREAS, inner-city minister Rev. Wayne Perryman wrote a book, “Unfounded Loyalty: An In-depth Look Into The Love Affair Between Blacks and Democrats”, and filed a lawsuit against the Democratic Party on December 10, 2004, but, after admitting their history of racism under oath in court, the Democrats refused to apologize,
WHEREAS, history shows that the Democratic Party through its racist agenda and “States’ Rights” claim to own slaves, sought to protect and preserve the institution of slavery from 1792 to 1865, thus enslaving millions of African Americans, while the Republican Party was started in 1854 as the anti-slavery party, fought to free blacks from slavery and championed civil rights for blacks,
WHEREAS, the Democratic Party enacted fugitive slave laws to keep blacks from escaping from plantations; instigated the 1856 Dred Scott decision which legally classified blacks as property; passed the Missouri Compromise to spread slavery into 50% of the new Northern states; and passed the Kansas-Nebraska Act designed to spread slavery into all of the new states,
WHEREAS, the Democratic Party in the South formed the Confederacy, seceded from the Union and fought a Civil War (1861 to 1865) to expand slavery where over 600,000 citizens were killed, including many thousand blacks,
WHEREAS, starting in 1861, anti-Civil War Democrats in the North were called “copperheads” like the poisonous snake because they (a) wanted to appease the South and accept a negotiated peace that would have resulted in an independent Confederacy where blacks were kept in slavery, and (b) showed their deep opposition to the Civil War draft by taking their anger out on blacks, murdering and maiming blacks in virtually every Northern state,
WHEREAS, anti-Civil War Democrats in New York engaged in “Four Days of Terror” against the city’s black population from July 13-16, 1863, and the anti-Civil War chant of the Democrats, as reported by one Pennsylvania newspaper, was: “Willing to fight for Uncle Sam”, but not “for Uncle Sambo,”
WHEREAS, the anti-Civil War Democrats verbally attacked Republican President Abraham Lincoln because he wanted to free the slaves through war and grant blacks civil rights, and drafted Northern men into the army to fight and die to make his Emancipation Proclamation a reality – a Proclamation that became the source of the Juneteenth celebrations that occur in black communities today,
WHEREAS, after the Civil War, the Republican Party (a) pushed to amend the Constitution to grant blacks freedom (13th Amendment), citizenship (14th Amendment) and the right to vote (15th Amendment); (b) passed the Civil Rights Acts of 1866 and 1875; and (c) designed Reconstruction, a ten-year period of unprecedented political power for African Americans,

WHEREAS, the book “A Short History of Reconstruction” by Dr. Eric Foner exposed the facts that: (a) the Hayes-Tilden Compromise of 1877 was an attempt by Republicans to get the Democrats to stop lynching Republicans, black and white, and respect the rights of blacks; and (b) contrary to legend, President Rutherford Hayes did not remove the last federal troops from the South, but merely ordered federal troops surrounding the South Carolina and Louisiana statehouses to return to their barracks,

WHEREAS, historical documents show that: (a) in an effort to stop the Democrats from lynching and denying civil rights to blacks, the NAACP was founded on Republican President Abraham Lincoln’s 100th birthday, February 12, 1909, by white Republicans Oswald Garrison Villard, Mary White Ovington and William English Walling; and (b) the first black general secretary of the NAACP was black Republican James Weldon Johnson who became the general secretary of the NAACP in 1920 and, in 1900, wrote the song, “Lift Every Voice,” known as the “Black National Anthem” in collaboration with his brother, John Rosamond Johnson,
WHEREAS, after Democrat President Woodrow was elected in 1912 and while Congress was controlled by the Democrats, black American civil employees where pushed out of federal government jobs, and the greatest number of bills proposing racial segregation and discrimination were introduced than had ever been proposed in our nation’s history,
WHEREAS, even though Democrat President Franklin D. Roosevelt received the vote of many black Americans due to his “New Deal,” he banned black American newspapers from the military because he was convinced the newspapers were communists and rejected anti-lynching laws pushed by Republicans, as well as efforts by Republicans to establish a permanent Civil Rights Commission that did not get established until 1958 under Republican President Dwight Eisenhower,
WHEREAS, Democrat President Harry Truman not only rejected Republican efforts to enact anti-lynching laws and establish a permanent Civil Rights Commission, but also failed to enforce his 1948 Executive Order designed to desegregate the military, an order that was not effectively enforced until Republican President Dwight Eisenhower was elected,
WHEREAS, with the party slogan: “Segregation Forever!,” the Dixiecrats, who were Democrats, (a) formed the States’ Rights Democratic Party for the presidential election of 1948; (b) remained Democrats for all local elections and all subsequent national elections; and (c) did not all migrate to the Republican Party as Democrats today falsely claim, but instead those racist Democrats died Democrats and had declared that they would rather vote for a “yellow dog” than a Republican because the Republican Party was known as the party for blacks,
WHEREAS, during the civil rights era of the 1960’s, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., who was a Republican, was fighting the Democrats including: (a) Democrat Georgia Governor Lester Maddox who famously brandished ax handles to prevent blacks from patronizing his restaurant; (b) Democrat Public Safety Commissioner Eugene “Bull” Connor in Birmingham who let loose vicious dogs and turned fire hoses on black civil rights demonstrators; and (c) Democrat Alabama Governor George Wallace who stood in front of the Alabama schoolhouse in 1963 and thundered: “Segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever,”
WHEREAS, the Democratic Party supported the Topeka, Kansas school board in the “Brown v. the Board of Education of Topeka”, Kansas (a 1954 Supreme Court decision by Chief Justice Earl Warren who was appointed by Republican President Dwight Eisenhower) which declared that the “separate but equal” doctrine violated the 14th Amendment and ended school segregation,
WHEREAS, in 1954, Democrat Arkansas Governor Orville Faubus tried to prevent the desegregation of a Little Rock public school, resulting in Republican President Dwight Eisenhower sending federal troops to prevent violence and enforce a court order desegregating the Little Rock school,
WHEREAS, Democratic President John F. Kennedy was not a civil rights advocate because he: (a) voted against the 1957 Civil Rights Law (that was pushed by Republican President Dwight Eisenhower); (b) opposed the 1963 March on Washington by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (that was organized by black Republican A. Phillip Randolph); (c) authorized the FBI (supervised by his brother, Attorney General Robert Kennedy) to wiretap and investigate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on suspicion of being a communist in order to undermine that Civil Rights leader; (d) was later criticized by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. for ignoring civil rights issues; and (e) only grudgingly agreed to make a telephone call to get Dr. King, Jr. out of the Birmingham jail after members of the King family requested Kennedy’s help,
WHEREAS, after the nearly 100 years of opposition to civil rights laws by Democrats, Republican Senator Barry Goldwater, who voted for the 1957 Civil Rights Act and ran for president against Lyndon Johnson in 1964, was unfairly criticized by hypocritical Democrats because Goldwater was opposed to only portions of the 1964 Civil Rights Act that he believed was an unconstitutional expansion of federal powers,
WHEREAS, Democrat President Lyndon Johnson could not have achieved passage of civil rights legislation without the support of Republicans due to the strong opposition of Democrats, and in his 4,500-word State of the Union Address delivered on January 4, 1965, Johnson mentioned scores of topics for federal action, but only thirty five words were devoted to civil rights and not one word about voting rights,
WHEREAS, it was Republican Senator Everett Dirksen from Illinois, not Democrat President Lyndon Johnson, who was key to the passage of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, and Dirksen was also instrumental to the enactment of civil rights legislation in 1957 and 1960, as well as the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and the Civil Rights Act of 1968 which prohibited discrimination in housing,
WHEREAS, the chief opponents of the 1964 Civil Rights Act were Democrat Senators Sam Ervin, Albert Gore, Sr. and Robert Byrd of West Virginia, a former “Keagle” in the Ku Klux Klan, who made a 14-hour filibuster speech in the Senate in June 1964 in an unsuccessful effort to block passage of the 1964 Civil Rights Act,
WHEREAS, because Republican Senator Everett successfully fought to pass civil rights laws in the face of strong opposition to civil rights laws by the Democrats, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. hailed Senator Dirksen’s “able and courageous leadership;” and “The Chicago Defender,” the largest black-owned daily at that time, praised Senator Dirksen “for the grand manner of his generalship behind the passage of the best civil rights measures that have ever been enacted into law since Reconstruction,”
WHEREAS, the statement by Democrat President Lyndon Johnson about losing the South after passage of the 1964 civil rights law was not made out of a concern that racist Democrats would suddenly join the Republican Party that was fighting for the civil rights of blacks, but instead, was an expression of fear that the racist Democrats would again form a third party, such as the short-lived States’ Rights Democratic Party,
WHEREAS, after Democrat President Lyndon Johnson expressed his concern that the racist Democrats in the South would be lost after the passage of the 1964 civil rights laws, Johnson’s concern came true when Alabama’s Democrat Governor George C. Wallace in 1968 started the American Independent Party that attracted other racist candidates, including Democrat Atlanta Mayor Lester Maddox,
WHEREAS, in March of 1968, while referring to the fact that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. left Memphis, Tennessee after riots broke out where a teenager was killed, Democrat Senator Robert Byrd called Dr. King a “trouble-maker” who starts trouble, but runs like a coward after trouble is ignited, which motivated Dr. King to return to Memphis a few weeks later where he was assassinated on April 4, 1968,
WHEREAS, Democrats expressed little, if any, concern when the racially segregated South voted solidly for Democrats; yet unfairly deride Republicans because of the thirty-year odyssey of the South switching to the Republican Party that began in the 1970’s with President Richard Nixon’s “Southern Strategy,” which was an effort on the part of Nixon to get fair-minded people in the South to stop voting for Democrats who did not share their values, and who were discriminating against blacks,
WHEREAS, Republican President Richard Nixon began enforcement of Affirmative Action as a merit-based system to help African Americans prosper with his 1969 Philadelphia Plan (crafted by black Republican Art Fletcher) that set the nation’s first goals and timetables, as well as his 1972 Equal Employment Opportunity Act that made merit-based Affirmative Action programs the law of our nation, but Democrats turned Affirmative Action into an unfair quota system;
WHEREAS, Democrat Senator Robert Byrd who was a fierce opponent of desegregating the military complained in one letter: “I would rather die a thousand times and see old glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again than see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen of the wilds,”
WHEREAS, in the early 1970’s, Democrat Senator Robert Byrd pushed to have the Senate’s main office building named after a former “Dixiecrat,” Democrat Senator Richard Russell who was Senator Byrd’s mentor and leading opponent of ant-lynching legislation, and in 2001 Senator Byrd was forced to apologize for using the “N-word” on television,
WHEREAS, Democrats did not denounce Democrat Senator Christopher Dodd who praised Senator Robert Byrd as someone who would have been “a great senator for any moment,” including the Civil War; yet Democrats denounced Senator Trent Lott for his remarks about Senator Strom Thurmond who was never in the Ku Klux Klan and, after he became a Republican, defended blacks against lynching and the discriminatory poll taxes imposed on blacks by Democrats,
WHEREAS, Democrats today demean and discriminate against blacks including (a) Democrat Senator Ted Kennedy who called black judicial nominees “Neanderthals;” (b) Democrat Senator Harry Reid who slurred Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas as someone who could not write good English; (c) Joe Biden while he was a Senator who boasted that his home state of Delaware was a slave state; (d) Democratic Party operatives who depicted Maryland Lieutenant Governor Michael Steele on the Internet as a “Simple Sambo;” (e) cartoonist Jeff Danziger and Pat Oliphant who portrayed Secretary of State Dr. Condoleezza Rice as a “stooge” and a bare foot, “Ignorant Mammy;” (f) Democratic Senator John F. Kerry who denounced affirmative action on the floor of the Senate in the 1990’s; (g) President Bill Clinton who – following in the footsteps of his mentor J. William Fulbright, a staunch segregationist – refused to enforce a court-ordered affirmative action plan while president and was himself sued for discriminating against his black employees while he was the Governor of Arkansas; and (h) Barack Hussein Obama while he was an Illinois State senator who provided funding for slum projects in Chicago that kept blacks trapped in rat and roach infested housing, as well as while he was a US senator voted against the minimum wage bill and wrote a letter of support for former Klansman Robert Byrd that helped that racist win re-election,
WHEREAS, the Democratic Party’s use of deception and fear to intimidate black Americans into voting for Democrats is consistent with the Democratic Party’s heritage of racism that included sanctioning of slavery and kukluxery – a perversion of moral sentiment among leaders of the Democratic Party; and the Democratic Party’s racist legacy bode ill until this generation of black Americans,
NOW, THEREFORE, for the documented atrocities and accumulated wrongs inflicted upon black Americans, we submit this petition to the head of the Democratic Party, Barack Hussein Obama, for a formal proclamation of apology for the Democratic Party’s 150-year history of racism.

OBAMA, CAN YOU SPARE BLACKS A PROCLAMATION?
The National Black Republican Association has issued a petition to Barack Hussein Obama, the leader of the Democratic Party, requesting that Obama issue a formal proclamation of apology for the Democratic Party’s 150-year history of racism.
We recognize that this is likely too much to ask of the oh so “racially sensitive” Democrats who want us to ignore their racist past and failed socialism that have caused so much harm to black Americans. So we will not hold our breath waiting for their response.

We, black American citizens of the United States and the National Black Republican Association, declare and assert:
WHEREAS, the healing of wounds begins with an apology, and the Democratic Party has never apologized for their horrific atrocities and racist practices against black Americans during the past 150 years, nor held accountable for the residual impact that those atrocities and practices are having on us today,
WHEREAS, as a result of the 1898 Wilmington Race Riot Commission Report of May 31, 2006, the North Carolina Democratic Party issued a unanimous apology on January 20, 2007 for the Democratic Party’s 1898 murderous rampage against blacks,
WHEREAS, inner-city minister Rev. Wayne Perryman wrote a book, “Unfounded Loyalty: An In-depth Look Into The Love Affair Between Blacks and Democrats”, and filed a lawsuit against the Democratic Party on December 10, 2004, but, after admitting their history of racism under oath in court, the Democrats refused to apologize,
WHEREAS, history shows that the Democratic Party through its racist agenda and “States’ Rights” claim to own slaves, sought to protect and preserve the institution of slavery from 1792 to 1865, thus enslaving millions of African Americans, while the Republican Party was started in 1854 as the anti-slavery party, fought to free blacks from slavery and championed civil rights for blacks,
WHEREAS, the Democratic Party enacted fugitive slave laws to keep blacks from escaping from plantations; instigated the 1856 Dred Scott decision which legally classified blacks as property; passed the Missouri Compromise to spread slavery into 50% of the new Northern states; and passed the Kansas-Nebraska Act designed to spread slavery into all of the new states,
WHEREAS, the Democratic Party in the South formed the Confederacy, seceded from the Union and fought a Civil War (1861 to 1865) to expand slavery where over 600,000 citizens were killed, including many thousand blacks,
WHEREAS, starting in 1861, anti-Civil War Democrats in the North were called “copperheads” like the poisonous snake because they (a) wanted to appease the South and accept a negotiated peace that would have resulted in an independent Confederacy where blacks were kept in slavery, and (b) showed their deep opposition to the Civil War draft by taking their anger out on blacks, murdering and maiming blacks in virtually every Northern state,
WHEREAS, anti-Civil War Democrats in New York engaged in “Four Days of Terror” against the city’s black population from July 13-16, 1863, and the anti-Civil War chant of the Democrats, as reported by one Pennsylvania newspaper, was: “Willing to fight for Uncle Sam”, but not “for Uncle Sambo,”
WHEREAS, the anti-Civil War Democrats verbally attacked Republican President Abraham Lincoln because he wanted to free the slaves through war and grant blacks civil rights, and drafted Northern men into the army to fight and die to make his Emancipation Proclamation a reality – a Proclamation that became the source of the Juneteenth celebrations that occur in black communities today,
WHEREAS, after the Civil War, the Republican Party (a) pushed to amend the Constitution to grant blacks freedom (13th Amendment), citizenship (14th Amendment) and the right to vote (15th Amendment); (b) passed the Civil Rights Acts of 1866 and 1875; and (c) designed Reconstruction, a ten-year period of unprecedented political power for African Americans,
WHEREAS, anti-civil rights Democrat Andrew Johnson became president when Republican President Abraham Lincoln was assassinated, and after the Civil War, the Democratic Party fought to end Reconstruction and deny blacks the promised “40 acres and a mule;” fought to overturn all civil rights legislation from the 1860’s to the 1960’s; and passed repressive legislation including the Black Codes and Jim Crow laws,
WHEREAS, the book “A Short History of Reconstruction” by the renowned historian, Dr. Eric Foner, revealed that: (a) the Ku Klux Klan was founded in 1866 by Democrats as a Tennessee social club; (b) the Ku Klux Klan became a military force serving the interests of the Democratic Party, the planter class, and all those who desired the restoration of white supremacy; and (c) the Ku Klux Klan spread into other Southern states, launching a ‘reign of terror‘ against Republican leaders, black and white,
WHEREAS, the book “A Short History of Reconstruction” by Dr. Eric Foner exposed the facts that: (a) the Hayes-Tilden Compromise of 1877 was an attempt by Republicans to get the Democrats to stop lynching Republicans, black and white, and respect the rights of blacks; and (b) contrary to legend, President Rutherford Hayes did not remove the last federal troops from the South, but merely ordered federal troops surrounding the South Carolina and Louisiana statehouses to return to their barracks,
WHEREAS, after taking control of Congress in the late 1800’s, the Democratic Party passed the Repeal Act of 1894 that overturned civil rights legislation passed by the Republicans, including the Civil Rights Acts of 1866 and 1875,
WHEREAS, the Democratic Party supported the “Plessy v. Ferguson” decision in 1896 that established the “separate but equal” segregation doctrine,

WHEREAS, Democrats today demean and discriminate against blacks including (a) Democrat Senator Ted Kennedy who called black judicial nominees “Neanderthals;” (b) Democrat Senator Harry Reid who slurred Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas as someone who could not write good English; (c) Joe Biden while he was a Senator who boasted that his home state of Delaware was a slave state; (d) Democratic Party operatives who depicted Maryland Lieutenant Governor Michael Steele on the Internet as a “Simple Sambo;” (e) cartoonist Jeff Danziger and Pat Oliphant who portrayed Secretary of State Dr. Condoleezza Rice as a “stooge” and a bare foot, “Ignorant Mammy;” (f) Democratic Senator John F. Kerry who denounced affirmative action on the floor of the Senate in the 1990’s; (g) President Bill Clinton who – following in the footsteps of his mentor J. William Fulbright, a staunch segregationist – refused to enforce a court-ordered affirmative action plan while president and was himself sued for discriminating against his black employees while he was the Governor of Arkansas; and (h) Barack Hussein Obama while he was an Illinois State senator who provided funding for slum projects in Chicago that kept blacks trapped in rat and roach infested housing, as well as while he was a US senator voted against the minimum wage bill and wrote a letter of support for former Klansman Robert Byrd that helped that racist win re-election,
WHEREAS, the Democratic Party’s use of deception and fear to intimidate black Americans into voting for Democrats is consistent with the Democratic Party’s heritage of racism that included sanctioning of slavery and kukluxery – a perversion of moral sentiment among leaders of the Democratic Party; and the Democratic Party’s racist legacy bode ill until this generation of black Americans,
NOW, THEREFORE, for the documented atrocities and accumulated wrongs inflicted upon black Americans, we submit this petition to the head of the Democratic Party, Barack Hussein Obama, for a formal proclamation of apology for the Democratic Party’s 150-year history of racism.
