Constitutional Crisis Permitted by the Supreme Court

The holy of holiest nine guardians of the Constitution knew last summer. They had it in their power to prevent this hideous “CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS” staring American before the world write smack in the face. Officially they knew with Philip Berg’s case filed August 21, 2008. Time was an essence. They could have and should have prevented what America is now facing. They had it in their power to postpone or stop the election until America was assured the man who would win conformed with the three requirements of the Constitution.

These nine sacred pillars of justice looked the other way. They turned their backs on America and hung it out to dry. Knowing “time is of an essence”, they took their good to respond. Then at the 11th hour they denied motions of injunctions to stop or at least post pone various stages of the election until the candidates were proven to meet the only three Constitutional requirements to serve as President of the United States.

After a period of “great silence” by the Supreme court. They simply fooled around and made denials without comment. The public who loved and wholeheartedly believed in the nine great protectors, were confused, shocked, and eventually began awakening. It was unbelievable to think with America’s national security at stake, these guys wouldn’t make the issue of a potential presidents “natural born citizen” rule a first priority.

More suits followed Philip Berg’s suit. Donofrio, Dr. Orly Taitrz filed excellent cases. Some of these are still being knocked around in the Supreme Courts procedurals process. Except for some denials of some motions, the Supreme Court simply ignored Time is of an essence. Slowly the public began to ask what was wrong with this picture.

The greatest revelation as to the Supreme Court’s direction regarding the Obama suits was the secret meeting on January 14, 2009 Justice Shithead Roberts instigated with a defendant and his cohort in the many lawsuits before the court. Imagine a judge sitting down to tea with a defendant in a case he must be making decisions upon? Unheard of, and never to be done! This was a real eye opener for me. I was certain after no justice on a white horse was going to appear to save America.

The final and last finale was Justice Shithead Roberts swearing in Barry Sotoero—who never produced one document to prove is he is or is not qualified to be president. Before the whole world Justice Roberts violated the SACRED OATH and installed a USURPER INTO THE WHITHOUSE. The minute he did that he became a traitor to the United States, a criminal, and committed treason. Now the whole world knows what Justice Shithead Roberts conspired with an imposter to sell America to the highest bidder.

What more information does America need to know about the moral turpitude of the nine men of the Supreme Court? Their actions have more than telegraphed to the world they have breached their fiduciary duties, broken the oath to uphold and protect the Constitution. They flaunted their acts of Constitutional violations as if they were pearls of glory. It doesn’t take a Steven Hawking to know it will be a waste of time and money to bring any more cases before the Supreme Court because justice doesn’t exist there. So from hence forward look elsewhere to find justice.

Finally, the untouchable Supreme Holies need to be made accountable for the conspiracy to commit crimes against America. At this stage, it makes no difference if they hear and rule on any of the Obama cases still before them and claim Obama is not qualified. They damage already done by their manipulation, fooling around, and actually going so far as to swear this flim-flam man into the Whitehouse is in the billions, a compromised American security, and a major world wide loss of respect for America. (It is one thing to hate America. It is quite another to no longer respect America.)

These nine judges need to be terminated for breach of fiduciary duty, for failure to honor their oath, for conspiracy and treason against America, perjury, failure to do their job when asked by the public, placing America in the greatest crisis since 1776, and for knowingly installing a usurper into the Whitehouse. The Constitutional Crisis America now faces could have been prevented had it not for the fact the Supreme Court was part of the conspiracy.

NO Violence When People Are Saved From Fraud. What If?

What if you went to the grocery store and chose a large box of crackers needed to go with your family’s dinner only to discover upon opening the package it only contained rat poison. How would you react? First you would immediately know that isn’t what you intended to buy. Your choice was crackers. You got rat poison in its place. Then you wonder how it happened that rat poisoning was inside a beautifully packaged box labeled crackers. Would feel deceived? Would you wonder if it was an accident or all the boxes contained rat poison? Then you would realize you didn’t get what you needed for the family. That means you will have to make a second trip to the store and return the rat poison and look for the right box that truly has crackers and not some other unwanted product. What if every beautifully designed box labeled crackers had any thing else in it but crackers. What if he refused to refund your money and told you to keep the rat poison whether or not you needed it? Then he said you really didn’t need the crackers, anyhow. What if the store keeper told you this is because it is now bringing you change and a new way of doing business? What if when you objected, the store keeper advised you to keep silent about the way the products were packaged because he didn’t want others to get upset? Or he simply said, “Get over it. This is the new way we are doing business. It is the customers will.” Would you begin to lose confidence in a store that offered only beautifully designed packages that did not contain the items that were stated on the labels. Would you continue doing business with that store? What if all stores started doing business that way? Or worse—what if there were no other stores but that store?

Why is it then, so difficult to understand the argument Obama worshipers present that Obama is the will of the people because he allegedly received 66,000,000 votes is false? Why is it people have such a difficult time recognizing that the Obama they thought they were choosing is not the Obama they are getting. That is the price of fraud. What voters thought they were choosing and what it actually was are no different than picking a box of crackers based upon the label on the box to only later discover it was rat poison. That is why 66,000,000 Obama votes are not the will of the people.

Who turns violent against the person or system that saves him and his family from egregious harm? That is why there will be minimum to no rioting if some branch of the electoral process takes the responsibility, declares Barry Sotoero ineligible to be President on the basis he is a usurper and over turns this election. The worst that will happen after the initial trauma is voters will be grateful Obama was discovered before he could do any more harm to America. Except for the very large group of Obama conspirators who are amoral, most of the voters will feel very betrayed by the man who so flagrantly abused their trust and stole their vote. Only the Saul Alinsky pirates of political power are using the threat of violent riots by the people if the silver plated turd is prevented from becoming a usurper. They are the ones who will be facing their just dues.

Let us all use the power of our imaginations and see Congress, the Nine Supreme Court Judges, and people doing the right thing by preventing a usurper from being President.
